What is an RPS subscription?
A way to support RPS to create more of the articles and podcasts you like most. Become a supporter to gain access to exclusive articles, bonus podcasts, discounts and free games, merch and more. There are two tiers available for different budgets.
How can I pay for my subscription?
You can choose to pay using a debit or credit card through Stripe. All payment details will be handled through Stripe, meaning RPS does not store any of your payment information. Subscriptions can be paid monthly or yearly.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel any time through the account management page. If you cancel within your subscription period, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the day your next payment would have been taken. There are no cancellation charges.
What if I forget to cancel my subscription before the renewal period?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds and all subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
How do I change my current plan?
To change your plan between Standard and Premium, you will have to cancel your existing plan first. The subscription will have to complete its billing period before you can re-subscribe to a new plan. If you still had time left on your previous plan, those benefits will continue till the end of that billing period.
How do I update my card details?
Go to the Subscriptions page on your ReedPop ID and click the Manage button. This will direct you to Stripe where you can update your card details. Any issues accessing Stripe, please contact us.
How do I access supporter-only articles?
You can view all supporter-only articles by going to the Supporters page. Supporter-only articles also appear on the homepage and Latest page, and are indicated by a heart icon on the headline image.
How do I redeem reward keys?
If you were a supporter before June 17th, your old reward keys remain accessible via your Humble Bundle account. There are also brand new keys accessible on your ReedPop ID.
